BizHub
BizHub contains 47 tables of information which have been grouped according to business entity type and nature of transactions. Subscribers may select the relevant tables of information that they wish to subscribe to.
Data Transfer Method
Data will be extracted in XML format and transferred through the Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
Subscription Details
Monthly Subscription fees vary according to subscribed tables and transfer frequency (Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly) selected.
Monthly Fees for each BizHub table ranges between $1.21 and $3,348.07 (subjected to applicable GST).
Subscription to BizHub must be for a minimum period of 1 year.
ACRA Web Services Gateway
ACRA's Web Services Gateway provides a means for subscribers’ software applications running on different platforms and, or frameworks to access real-time information relating to companies, sole-proprietorships, partnerships , limited liability partnerships and limited partnerships through a set of 21 predetermined queries.
Data Transfer Method
Data will be shared and delivered through GWS-X (Government Web Services Exchange) to subscribers.
Subscription Details
Fees vary according to number of transactions and type of queries made.
Fee for web queries range between $0.11 and $2.75.
Fee for each transaction made (regardless of the type of query) is $0.098. This fee will be paid to the vendor of GWS-X.
Above stated fees are subjected to applicable GST.
Subscription to Web Services must be for a minimum period of 1 year.
XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language)
This service provides subscribers with the corporate financial figures filed with ACRA in the form of XBRL instant documents. Subscribers can leverage on such XBRL data to compute financial ratios and perform financial data analysis for effective business decisions making, or to gather further business insights.
Data Transfer Method
A total of 4 files will be transferred daily in XML format, and the 4 files comprise Full XBRL (Option A), Control file for Option A, Partial XBRL (Option B), and Control file for Option B.
Subscription Details
$2,722.50 per month, subjected to applicable GST.
There will be a setup fee of $1,980.00 (inclusive of GST) for creating an XBRL interface for the subscriber upon confirmed subscription.
Subscription to XBRL must be for a minimum period of 1 year.
OSCABS
The One-Stop Corporate Address Broadcasting Service (OSCABS) provides subscribers with the most current address of companies, sole-proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited partnerships. It helps businesses cut red tape by eliminating the need for them to inform each and every government agency of their registered business address and any subsequent changes in information.
Data Transfer Method
Information will be transmitted on a daily basis via Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and Secure Shell (SSH) protocol to subscribing agencies.
Subscription Details
$550 per month, inclusive of GST.
Subscription to OSCABS must be for a minimum period of 1 year.
