The Certificate of Good Standing proves the existence of a company registered in Singapore, and that it is still live on our corporate register. It bears the electronic signature of the Assistant Registrar of ACRA, and is available for companies only. The name of the company, its incorporation date, status and activities will be stated on the certificate. [view sample]
When would I need it?
You would need it for overseas use when required to prove that your business is registered in Singapore with a ‘live’ status.

Processing Time
Upon successful payment for Certificate of Good Standing, an email containing the URL to the Certificate of Good Standing will be sent to you within 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can login to BizFile using your identification number and SingPass, and download the information from your inbox.
