iShop@ACRA is a one-stop shopping portal designed to meet the information needs of the business community.
Information Available from iShop@ACRA
Data is collected during business registration and filing of subsequent changes by business entities with ACRA. These entities include sole-proprietorships, partnerships, companies, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, public accounting firms, public accounting corporations and public accountants.
The collected data is categorised and packaged into various information products that can be purchased for purposes of business facilitation, research or decision making.

I am not able to find what I want from iShop@ACRA
You may not be able to find information on an entity at iShop@ACRA if it is not a business entity registered with ACRA. For such cases, you may do a check at the UEN website using the name of the entity or its Unique Entity Number (UEN). The UEN is a standard identification number of an entity that uniquely identifies it. The search results will contain information on the UEN Issuance Agency (the government agency that had registered or is overseeing that entity). Please do contact that agency if you wish to obtain more information on that entity.
Legalisation of Documents by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
All computer generated documents purchased from ACRA for the purpose of certification by Ministry of Foreign Affairs must be certified under the hand and seal of the Assistant Registrar.
Examples of Certified Document:
a) Business Profile with Certificate of Production
b) Extracts with Certification
For Certificate of Good Standing, kindly contact our Helpdesk at 6248 6028 within 48 hours of your purchase, to have the document endorsed. Please have the following information ready before making a call to us. Our officers will inform you once the document is ready for collection at ACRA’s counter:
a) ACRA Receipt Number
b) Name of Requestor
c) NRIC of Requestor
d) Date of Purchase
