Payment Modes

1. BizFile / iShop@ACRA transactions

You can pay using the following modes via the internet or self-help kiosks at ACRA:

• Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard / American Express)
• eNETS Direct Debit *
• CashCard - if you have a Personal Computer Smart Card (PCSC) reader
• Deposit Service Account - for professional firms that lodge transactions on behalf of their clients

* eNETS Direct Debit is an internet direct debit payment service for participating banks, namely Citibank, DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB. You need internet access and a personal internet banking account with the participating banks to use the eNETS Direct Debit service. This does not apply to corporate bank account users.

Important Note: To confirm that your transaction is successful, please ensure that the Receipt Number appears on the acknowledgement screen.

2. Composition fines and summonses

a. To settle Annual Returns (AR)-related penalties / composition fines / summonses, you can pay:

• Online (via internet or self-help kiosks at ACRA)
  • Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard / American Express)
    

    Transaction limits:

    • Not more than $3,000 for VISA/MasterCard
    • Not more than $5,000 for American Express
    
    
  • CashCard - if you have a Personal Computer Smart Card (PCSC) reader
  • eNETS Direct Debit *
