Scanning Specifications for Submission of Online Documents

 

For certain BizFile transactions, you may be required to attach supporting documents together with your application, eg Striking off. If you are submitting a PDF document, the file should not be password-protected and the editing/saving and printing functions should not be disabled. The file size of any scanned document should not be more than 2 megabytes. For attached documents, the content should not contain any active links to external text or images.

Requirements for scanned documents:

  • Resolution - 144-200 dpi
  • Format - PDF
  • Size - A4
  • Orientation - Portrait
  • Colors restriction - Black and white

Fonts Supported: 

  • Arial, Courier
  • MS Sans Serif
  • Symbol
  • Times New Roman
  • Verdana
  • Windings

Recommended Font Size - 11 pt
