Correction of Errors in LP Transactions


If the LP discovers that it has made clerical or typographical errors in a form or document submitted through BizFile, a general partner, manager or professional firm can submit an online application to rectify the error(s). Only the following information can be rectified:

  • LP Commencement Date
  • LP Address
  • LP Activity
  • Branch Particulars
  • Additional or Withdrawal Date of Partner/Manager
  • Particulars of Partner/Manager

The fee payable for lodging a notice of error in lodged document under s21(4) and (5) is $30 per transaction.
