Application for Extension of Time to File Changes

The general partner / local manager or professional firms can apply for an extension to file changes to the LP’s particulars. The application must be submitted online via BizFile. The application fee is $50 for 1 month, $100 for 2 months and $150 for 3 months.

Extension of time applications must be lodged on or before the deadline to lodge the Change of LP Particulars. For example, if the LP changed its name on 1 June 09, a general partner etc must apply for an extension of time (whether 1, 2 or 3 months) by 15 June 2009.
