Correction of Errors In LLP Transactions

In the event that the LLP discovers that it had made clerical or typographical errors when submitting the online transactions via BizFile, it can submit an online application to rectify the error(s). Only the following information can be rectified:

• The Registered Office Address
• The Date of Change of Registered Office Address
• Business Activity
• The Date of Change of Business Activity
• The Appointment Date or Withdrawal Date of a Manager/Partner

Please note that the fee payable for filing the Notice of Rectification of Error is $30.
