A company can submit an online notification of clerical or typographical errors in the company documents / transactions lodged.
For errors which are substantial in nature, e.g. errors in share capital which are not due to clerical mistakes, a Court Order is required under Section 12B of the Companies Act.
For rectification of errors in a charge document, a Court Order is required under Section 137 of the Companies Act.
