Training and Development
As a People Developer organisation, we value our human resources and ensure that our officers enjoy continual personal development along with good career prospects and progression. To help you achieve your fullest potential and meet your training needs, we have a learning and development framework structured in two broad categories:
Functional Core Related Courses
These are competency courses which are relevant to all officers within ACRA. Officers equipped with the necessary skills will be able to contribute to organisational performance and align with organisational goals.
Non-Functional Related Courses
These courses aim to impart knowledge, skills and attributes required for officers’ self development.
