CIO 100 Award
ACRA was honoured with the CIO Asia’s CIO 100 Award in 2006 for implementing and improving its online registration and filing system, BizFile, for businesses. The CIO 100 Award annually lists the top 100 companies in the region that have used technology to derive the highest strategic value and returns for their businesses.

ACRA’s Web Service Awarded An Asia Pacific Government Technology "Information Management" Award
ACRA’s corporate information service, the Web Service, was awarded the “Information Management” award from amongst 212 nominations from 14 countries in the Asia Pacific in the Government Technology Award organised by Public Sector Technology & Management magazine on 25 October 2007. The award assessed the nominations in terms of innovation, functionality, productivity, performance and impact of the information services. The Web Service is an electronic corporate data service delivery that ACRA introduced in early 2006. The Web Service facilitates online real time, efficient and customisable information flow between ACRA and its customers. |

MOF High Impact Award
ACRA won the MOF High Impact Award in 2007, through the "Web Services – Online, Real-Time Access of Information on Businesses, Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships". The Award recognises the team effort in implementing project that delivers impactful outcome to the business community and the government agencies.
ACRA web service provides the gateway for other systems, owned by public or private sector establishments, located at different locations to consume and process data related to businesses, companies and limited liability partnerships in real time. Web services present opportunities to help ACRA achieve better service delivery to both citizens and business through the timely delivery of data. With web services, ACRA has the ability to share data and service in real time to create a truly customer centric experience.
MOF Power Award (Gold)
ACRA achieved the Gold distinction for the MOF Power Award in 2006 for the use of Information Technology (IT) in delivering customer-centric services. ACRA’s conceptualisation and launch of BizHub, introduced new electronic services to government agencies and information service providers. BizHub subscribers are able to receive registered entities’ bulk data in predetermined formats and frequency as specified by them.
Excellent Service Award
Launched in 1994, the Excellent Service Award or EXSA is a national award that recognises individuals who have delivered outstanding service. It seeks to develop service models for staff to emulate, create service champions and professionalise services. Two ACRA officers, Ms Linda Lee and Ms Annie Liang were awarded the Gold Award on 13 November 2007 for their quality service.

ISO 9001:2000 ACRA achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification in October 2001. ACRA maintains a Quality Management System which fulfills the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 which is an international standard for the management of the quality system. |

People Developer ACRA obtained People Developer certification in September 2004. Launched in 1998, People Developer is the certification for the business excellence niche standard for people. The niche standard provides organisations with a total approach to managing people and achieving high performance through its people systems. |
